(5) Members may charge LHR package to account levels 1,2,3 of $1000, $1500, $2250 respectively. Those with LHR packages charged still pay for all other services on the day received and must remain member until LHR package is paid off; else forfeit remaining services/credit.

(6) BFF Members may enjoy one second lesser cost service of a different category that is received in the same day for 50% off the regular published price.
